|La Clinique CIC - Riviera|
Clinic CIC RivieraA modern clinic led by an innovative concept:
« Clinical Innovative Concept »
We are innovators from all points of view - administrative, medical insurance ..
On a purely medical level, we do not limit ourselves to carrying out surgical procedures but also offer our patients the possibility of complete and guaranteed care. Through our satellite structures (pain clinic, physiotherapy and medical fitness centre, advice and consultations without previous appointment.) we offer our patients personalised support until they can fully reintegrate back into their private and professional life.
On the Swiss Riviera, Clarens/Montreux, 100 metres from the lake and in town center
- 5 mins. walk from the train station and a bus stop in front of the Clinic
- 5 mins. by car to the autoroute, 100 private parking places
Ultra-modern operating block :
- 2 operating theatres equipped with laminar flux : the largest in Switzerland
- Navigation system: orthopaedic and spinal surgery
- Surgical microscopes
- Large range of radioscopic equipment for hips, shoulders, knees, digestive tract
In the same building as the Clinic, various independent but complementary structures make it possible to ensure optimal care of our patients :
The « Gamma » Centre : Physiotherapy and Medical Fitness
The Gamma Centre provides premises, sophisticated equipment and a team of physiotherapists who ensure post-operative rehabilitation of patients during their stay at the Clinic. They also provide ambulatory follow-up, if necessary: thus providing real continuity in the care of the patient.
The « TOC » : Traumatology and Orthopaedic Center
A medical practice for orthopaedic consultations with or without appointment, which also provides telephone advice, amongst other things, to ensure the quality of the ambulatory care of patients who have been operated on in the Clinic.
A medical centre specialised in modern chronic pain management (diagnostic procedures, physical medicine, intra-articular and peripheral nerves blocks, spinal cord stimulation, implanted programmable pumps.), mainly in the field of rachis (spine).
The anaesthetists in charge also ensure ultramodern care of postoperative pain for the stationary but also for the ambulatory patients operated on in the Clinic.
Areas of activity :
Orthopaedics : a leading discipline.
5 FMH specialist surgeons, with respective sub-specialities, ensure full coverage of all aspects of orthopaedic surgery, in particular :
- Prothesis of the hip by AMIS technique
- Prothesis of resurfacing
- Arthroscopy of the hip
- Arthroscopy of the shoulder

The presence of on-the-spot specialist rachis and pain surgeons allows to provide a full range of treatments for painful rachidian syndromes.
